Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order, provided items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed - trying on for fit is fine
  • In original condition - no marks, dirt, odours or damage
  • With all tags attached and in original packaging

Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to you at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on tights, underwear, FootUndeez barefoot shoes and body jewellery (eg. earrings). Please choose carefully.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll make it right. Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order number and details of the issue.

We'll assess the item and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, or we've sent you the wrong item, we'll cover reasonable return postage costs.

Pointe Shoes

Pointe shoes can be exchanged for an alternative brand or style within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unmarked, have not been altered in any way and are in original packaging.

How to Return

In-store returns & exchanges

Visit us during opening hours to process your return or exchange.

Online returns & exchanges

Email us at hello@thestageshop.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

Return postage is at the customer's expense for all standard returns and exchanges. The exception is where you've received the wrong item, or an item is faulty or damaged, in which case we'll cover reasonable return postage costs.

For exchanges, once we've received and approved your return, we'll cover the postage cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Refunds are processed within 1 business day of us receiving and inspecting your return.
