Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order, provided items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed - trying on for fit is fine
  • In original condition - no marks, dirt, odours or damage
  • With all tags attached and in original packaging

Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to you at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on tights, underwear and body jewellery (eg. earrings). Please choose carefully.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange an exchange or full refund at no cost to you.

Pointe Shoes

Pointe shoes can be exchanged for an alternative brand or style within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unmarked, have not been altered in any way and are in original packaging.

How to Return

In-store returns

Visit us during opening hours to process your return.

Online returns

Email us at hello@thestageshop.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 1 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
